The Road to Soul project is designed to revolutionize adult education by integrating the innovative Eco-Soulcentric Development (ESD) model, a concept created by Dr. Bill Plotkin, into digital learning programs. This approach promotes personal development by helping individuals discover and cultivate their innate resources and competencies, supporting them to live more purposeful, “soulful” lives.

The project aims to address the digital transformation in adult education by enhancing the digital readiness, resilience, and capacity of adult educators. Inspiration Path (Cyprus) and ACURIS (Czech Republic) are collaborating to provide flexible, accessible, and high-quality learning opportunities for adults, especially for those from disadvantaged backgrounds.

This project is a sheer invitation to become fully human by cultivating and embodying your innate Wholeness resources.

The creator of this concept, Bill Plotkin PhD, crystalizes Wholeness in 4 major archetypes which are:

• Nurturing Generative Adult: your mature, responsible, compassionate and loving

• Wild Indigenous One: your wild, untamed, emotional, erotic and indigenous

• Innocent – Sage – Trickster – Sacred Fool: your bright, innocent, wise, sarcastic

• and full of curiosity for new journeys parts

• Dark Muse Beloved: your dark, mysterious, slippery, transformative, poetic and deeply romantic parts.

Devotion: This programme, although online, is highly interactive and requires your full presence and active participation. You are invited to devote your time, not only for attending the meetings, but also beyond, for immersing fully into the “homework” invitations offered by the guides. We encourage you to consider your participation as an investment to your True Self, the Holy Earth and your people. How you show up is truly important.

Nature, Art and Ritual: This online programme includes not only theory, but also a sweet elixir of nature wanders, storytelling, poetry, embodiment, collage, rituals and ceremonies, meditations and visualizations, intimate group work and invitations to deepen the work. If a part of you feels that nature, art or ritual is not for you, perhaps this is an opportunity to take the hand of your inner Muse with vulnerability and courage and be guided into these mysteries and wonders.
